About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is a frontline hunter sales role focused on identifying and winning new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients through cross-selling additional services.
The ideal candidate is an energetic sales professional with strong prospecting skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities across Hungary.
- Conduct proactive hunter sales activities, including cold outreach, networking, and client visits.
- Organize and lead customer meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote and sell a portfolio of professional services, with a particular focus on industrial, technical, and non-food sectors.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored service solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities.
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales.
- Experience selling technical, industrial, professional, or service-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and pipeline generation is essential.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel throughout Hungary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in certification, auditing, offensive and defensive cybersecurity, inspection or related technical services.
- Technical, engineering, or technical management background.
- Existing network within manufacturing, industrial, logistics, automotive, energy, or related sectors.
